What Your Practice Gets

The tools a loss assessor actually uses every day, with none of the enterprise bloat.

📋

Visual claims pipeline

Every open claim on one board, with the insurer, the loss adjuster, the dates and the next action visible without opening a file.

🔔

Automated insurer chasers

Follow-up emails to the insurer or adjuster on day 3, 7 and 14 after each stage change, written once and sent for you.

👥

Policyholder portal

Your clients see where their claim stands and what you need from them, so the “any news?” calls stop.

📄

Documents and photos

Schedules, reports, photographs, policy wording and correspondence stored against the claim, not in someone’s inbox.

📅

Inspection calendar

Policyholders book their own site visit from the slots you open. Reminders go out automatically.

📱

Mobile app

Photos, notes and status updates from the property, synced to the claim before you are back in the car.

Works With Every UK Insurer

Aviva, AXA, Direct Line, Zurich, Allianz, RSA, LV=, Ageas, NFU Mutual, the Lloyd’s market and the loss adjusters they instruct: ClaimFlow’s follow-up sequences chase whichever insurer or adjuster is handling the claim. Insurer names are listed for identification only; ClaimFlow is independent of all insurers.

Questions UK Loss Assessors Ask

Is ClaimFlow built for loss assessors, or adapted from a generic CRM?

It is built around the claims workflow: six stages from first notification to settlement, insurer chasers, a policyholder portal and an inspection calendar. There is nothing to configure before it is useful, and nothing in it that a loss assessor does not need.

Does it work with UK insurers and loss adjusters?

Yes. The follow-up sequences chase whichever insurer or adjuster is handling the claim, by email and, once your UK number is registered, by text. You keep your own wording and your own tone.

Where is our data stored?

ClaimFlow is operated by EJB SAS, a French company, and runs on HighLevel’s platform, whose servers are in the United States. Transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and standard contractual clauses. Our privacy notice has the details.

How long does set-up take?

Your account is live within 24 hours of the demo, with your open claims imported and your pipeline configured. Most practices are working in it the same week.

What does it cost?

£79, £159 or £399 a month plus VAT, month to month, with no set-up fee. The first ten UK firms get 50% off for as long as they stay subscribed. See the plans.
